Come learn about the other "stem" education at Science Uncorked. Enjoy an evening sampling some of Washington’s finest wines while exploring the science straight from the vine.
Find out why wine glasses come in different shapes and sizes. Learn about the chemistry of wine. Discover the proper technique for smelling your wine before tasting. And enjoy delicious appetizers paired perfectly with various wine selections.
