Experience Pacific Science Center Overnight
Imagine roaming the exhibit halls after everyone else has gone home, falling asleep beneath a Tyrannosaurus Rex and awakening to a laser light show and IMAX film. At Camp-In you'll enjoy a private, after hours experience where you can explore everything Pacific Science Center has to offer, including a hands-on science workshop, live stage show and planetarium show presented by Pacific Science Center's enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining education staff. This will be a night to remember!
Camp-In 2012
ULTIMATE SCIENCE CHALLENGE CAMP-IN
Experience an evening packed with scientific challenges. Are you up to the challenge?

- Ice Under Fire - Live Science Show.
- Puzzle Palooza Featuring Groovik's Cube Exhibition.
- Minute to Win It Science Challenges throughout the exhibits.
- IMAX® films and laser light shows.
Cost: $50 per person.
Times: 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Dates: Check our list of Camp-In dates and groups.
Who: families, schools, youth groups.
Age requirements vary by program. A ratio of at least one adult to every six youth is required.

Register online with VISA or Mastercard payment, or call (206) 443-2925 to register by phone.
- For Issaquah School District students attending the Sage-Merlin Camp-In on May 4-5, register online here.
- For Cub Scout, Girl Scout and Open Enrollment Camp-Ins, register online here.
Payment
Full payment, or a $200 deposit (for groups of 5 or more) is due at the time of registration with the remaining balance due three weeks prior to your Camp-In.
Cancellation
Call at least two weeks prior to your scheduled Camp-In to receive a 50% refund. No refunds issued within two weeks of Camp-In.
Guidelines & Information
For the safety of everyone, Camp-In is on lock-down from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. During this time participants may leave only for an emergency and re-entry will not be permitted. Children ages 5 and over may participate; younger children, including infants, will not be admitted. Souvenir T-shirts can be purchased at Camp-In or pre-ordered at registration.

Puzzle Palooza is an exhibition developed by Pacific Science Center. Groovik's Cube was developed by GroovLabs, a Seattle-based non-profit collective of engineers, artists and scientists.

At the Ron McNair Camp-In you'll enjoy a private, overnight event where you can explore everything Pacific Science Center has to offer. Come prepared for a jam-packed experience with fun and exciting science exploration as well as the unique opportunity to sleep among the exhibits!

GUIDELINES & INFORMATION
- Every attending participant, youth and chaperones, must bring a completed Permission Form. A separate permission form must be completed for each individual.
- Camp-In requires one attending chaperone for every six youth participants. Youth participants must be supervised at all times.
- For the safety of everyone, Camp-In is on lock-down from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. During this time, participants may leave only for an emergency and re-entry will not be permitted.
- Souvenir T-shirts can be purchased at Camp-In or pre-ordered during online registration.
COST
$60 for youth participants.
Partial or full assistance is granted for youth participants who meet the following eligibility criteria.
- Free or reduced lunch eligibility for youth who qualify
- Foster children qualify regardless of foster family's household income
- TANF/Food Stamp benefit recipients
- Assistance will also be granted to those who submit a confidential signed statement of need.
To receive financial assistance participants must complete the Financial Assistance Eligibility section of the Permission Form including a signature from an authorized adult.
$30 suggested donation for chaperones.

MEAL SERVICE
A light dinner, snack, and breakfast will be served. Special dietary restrictions are the responsibility of the individual camper. If you wish to supplement the meal service, you may bring additional food.

Snack: Tortilla chips with cheese sauce and salsa
Breakfast: Pastry, yogurt, fruit juice & coffee (adults only)
WHAT TO BRING
- Signed Liability Form
- Sleeping pad, bag & pillow (pad no more than 4" in height)
- Comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather and that you can sleep in
- Basic toiletries (toothbrush, etc.)
