Pacific Science Center honors local educators with a day full of science, discovery and excitement.
Event Highlights
- Attendees will have limited private access to all of our exhibits.
- IMAX screenings in the newly renovated PACCAR IMAX Theater as well as digital planetarium presentations.
- Start planning your students' visit to Tutankhamun: The Golden King and The Great Pharaohs exhibition and the first-ever Seattle Science Festival.
- Meet staff from Mercer Slough Environmental Education Center and our outreach program, Science On Wheels to learn about field study and traveling program opportunities.
Registration
Registration is open 8:30-11:30 a.m. Light refreshments served until 10 a.m. Enter through Seattle Rotary Discovery Lab entrance located on Second Avenue North and John Street. School ID is required at check-in. Educators are welcome to bring up to two guests. Seating for shows is first come, first served. You may pre-register online or call (206) 443-2925 for more information.

While you are here, be sure to stop by EMP and the Space Needle's Educator Open House events on the same day. Make sure to also visit the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Visitor Center grand opening. Online registration is highly encouraged. Registration includes access to Pacific Science Center, EMP and the Space Needle.
