1. What do I need to bring to check-in?

Please bring your current public or private school ID. A letter from an administrator confirming your current role and employment, or a recent paystub will also suffice.

2. Can I bring my kids, friends and/or family as my guests to this event?

Yes, you may bring any two guests of your choice.

3. What if I want to bring more than two guests?

If you wish to bring more than two guests, please plan on purchasing the "extra" tickets either at our Main Gates or Denny Way entrances. It is important to note that although we start the event check-in at 8:30 a.m., our ticketing does not open until 9:15 a.m. Please plan accordingly.

4. Can I still come to this event if I am a PTA member or a homeschool teacher?

This particular event is specifically organized to offer teachers and principals information in order to help the plan field trips or outreach visits for their students, from individual classes to entire schools. While we wish we could open up the event to a much larger audience, at this time we only have the ability and funding to coordinate this event at its current capacity.

We want to remind you that EMP does admit homeschool families on this day.

5. Can I register for my IMAX and Laserdome Laser Light show tickets early?

These shows tickets are first come, first served. You can pick up your tickets (while supplies last) during check-in.

6. Can I get clock hours (continuing education/credits) for attending Education Programs Preview?

We currently do not offer clock hours for attending this event.

7. I want to attend this event, but cannot go until after 11:30 a.m. (end of check-in). Can I still come?

Yes! Please go to the Main Gates and let them know you are here for Education Programs Preview. You will still need to have your current school ID (a pay stub or letter from your building administration or district will also suffice).

8. If I register for this event, am I considered registered at the other institutions (EMP, Space Needle, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Visitor Center)?

Yes! You do not need to register twice.
