Get Ready For March Math Madness

by | Feb 24, 2016

With our newest exhibit Math Moves!, March is now a month of Math Madness at Pacific Science Center. All month-long you will be able to participate in fun, math-related activities around the Science Center, along with additional events for the whole family to explore the essential role that math plays in our everyday lives.

Grab a Math Madness passport during your next visit at either of our entrances, at your local branch of the Seattle Public Library, or download it here to start your math journey. Complete at least half of the activities, get a sticker, and then turn in your completed passport to be entered to win a grand prize package from Blue Highway Games in Queen Anne.

Want even more math-related activities? Complete one of the extra credit items (shown below) to receive 20% any one item at Blue Highway Games.

  • Saturday, March 5: Participate in a math activity with UW Applied Math Group inside Math Moves! between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Saturday March 12: Participate in a Chess4Life Open House in Upper Building Four (up the ramp from Math Moves!.)
