Do you ever wonder how diamonds are made? Explore diamond making and help us make different kinds of diamonds!

“Gene Hacking: Changing DNA with CRISPR”
How can changes in DNA help scientists study how cells work? What is gene editing and how is it done? Come help us “fix” a gene and learn about the gene-editing technology CRISPR that is revolutionizing biology.

“What color is air?”
Using light, a prism, and a few jars of liquids, we will learn about some basic properties of light! We will also see how to relate material qualities, like thickness or density, to the color of the sky.
