Ray Sanchez
University of Washington, Department of Biology
“How Do Our Bodies Know It’s Bedtime?”
Deep inside our brains, there’s a clock that times when we wake up and when we fall asleep. Come play a game to explore how different activities we do throughout the day influence how well our clock keeps time, and how this affects our sleep!

Una Natterman

“Protein Origami”
Proteins are small machines found in all organisms, which like origami airplanes have blueprints for their folding, resulting in their final shape and ability to perform a task (like flying). Puzzle out the rules of how proteins fold into machines, and then use your rules to predict protein shapes and fold your own protein origami.
