
Mercer Slough Night Walks: A Historical Walk
Explore nature and nocturnal animal adaptations during a Night Walk at Mercer Slough. Begin the evening in the classroom examining skulls and conducting experiments to discover the tricks nocturnal creatures use to survive at night. Then, head out into the dark to call owls, listen for nocturnal creatures and participate in hands-on activities.
Time: Saturday September 28, 2019 and March 21, 2020 – 7-9 p.m.
Ages: Families and groups with children ages 6 and up
Cost: $12 for PacSci members, $15 for general public.
