Kids put their senses to the test and take a bite out of the science behind food that looks gross but tastes good. Try out smell and taste tests to learn how to recognize food. Then, make edible slime before topping the night off with a sprinkling of crickets on liquid nitrogen ice cream. Crickets contain similar allergens to shellfish. If your child has a crustacean shellfish allergy, they should not consume the cricket topping.
