Virtual Science of Spirits: Glass Vodka
Join us for our first virtual Science of Spirits! Grab your tasting glasses, shakers, ice, and get ready to become a vodka expert! Hear Ian MacNeil, founder and head distiller at Glass Vodka, discuss the unique distilling process that brings his spirits to life. Taste through a sampling of vodkas and experience the results. Once you’ve mastered vodka tasting notes, brush up on your bartending skills by learning a couple specialty cocktails you can easily make from home.
Follow along at home by purchasing the Glass Vodka Tasting Kit. A portion of the proceeds from each tasting kit goes directly to PacSci, helping expand access to science and igniting curiosity in our community.
