Guided Nature Walks

Owl

Explore the trails of Mercer Slough Nature Park and learn about ecosystems in your backyard during a guided nature walk led by our expert educators. Participate in hands-on activities, explore our specimens from skulls to salmonberry leaves, and keep your fingers crossed for a wildlife sighting. Themes include nocturnal adaptations, nature journaling, edible plant identification, birding, Bellevue history and more!

Nature Walks take place Saturdays throughout the year, with the Summer Hike Series from May through August, 10 a.m. -12 p.m., and the Night Walk Series from September through April, 7 – 9 p.m.
