PacSci Podcast: Summer Hikes at The Slough

Skunk Cabbage

For some years now, Pacific Science Center has offered what we call Night Walks at Mercer Slough. These hikes around the huge nature park in the heart of Bellevue run in the fall and winter when it’s dark in the evening. Our guests get to learn how the creatures and plants that call the slough home live when it’s dark out and most humans are indoors. But now we’re going in the opposite direction. We’re now gearing up for what we call our Summer Hike Series at Mercer Slough. Unlike the night walks at the slough, these are daytime hikes.

Listen to this quick PacSci Podcast to learn more, then make plans for a summer of discovery at one of the best urban parks on the planet. More info here.
