Summer of Space
Be curious. To the moon and back.
Seattle’s Summer of Space is a city-wide celebration of the 50th anniversary of the first Moon landing. Did you know that our city is the only place in the world this year where people can see the Apollo command module Columbia—the only portion of the historic spacecraft to survive that momentous mission? Pacific Science Center proudly celebrates this amazing accomplishment and shares in the fun that is Seattle’s Summer of Space. Celebrate at the ONLY place in the world hosting Columbia during its 50th anniversary year: The Museum of Flight.
Join PacSci for rocket launches, interstellar VR/AR experiences, special planetarium shows, and maximum moon adventures celebrating 50 years of lunar landings, all summer long.
